Frequently asked questions

Payment options

Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard) online and EFT payments. If you would like to do and EFT payment, please send us an email and we will forward you an invoice with our banking details.

If you require a copy of your invoice, please get in touch with us at info@aaiaaibaby.co.za

As soon as we receive your payment we will send you an email to confirm that your payment has been processed and that all is in order.

Shopping

Most of our products are in stock and will be dispatched within 2 days of placing the order. If you are in a super rush please contact us to put a rush on the order so that we can try and help you out!

If you want to order a product that is out of stock please contact info@aaiaaibaby.co.za to get a definite delivery date if you are working within a time constraint.

Once your order has been placed and paid for, you won’t be able to edit it yourself. But please get in touch with us and we’ll be able to assist you info@aaiaaibaby.co.za. Ensure that you get in touch as soon as possible as we always try to get the goods dispatched to you as soon as possible.

Delivery

Delivery times schedule:
We endeavour to keep the stock count on the website as accurate as possible but it does sometime happen that the item you are looking for was checked out before we could update the system. We will then let you know what the delivery time will be and if you would like to go ahead with the order.

If the items are in stock delivery will take place with in:
Gauteng area: 2 – 3 working days
Cape Town area: 4 – 5 working days

Outlining areas and regions: usually 5-7 working days ( please contact us for a specific delivery time if you are in a rush as the courier companies only deliver on alternate days)

Return policy

If your product is defective in any way Aai Aai Baby will collect, replace and deliver a new product at our expense.

If you’re not pleased with the item you ordered, for whatever reason, we have 7 days on receipt of your order to return your order. You will be required to pay for the item to be returned or arrange to have it delivered to us at your expense. Please note that in most cases a full refund will only be given if the product(s) arrive at Aai Aai Baby in a resellable condition so please ensure care is taken when repacking the products.

If your are eligible for a refund we will contact you to ask how you would like your refund. This may be an Aai Aai voucher, a refund to your card or an EFT payment. The timings for these are below:

Aai Aai Baby Voucher – emailed same day

Card refund – Can take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account

EFT refund – Can take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account

** Please note that you will not be refunded for any initial delivery fees paid

Yes our linen are standard sizes.  Snuggletime range found at all major retail outlets are a perfect fit.

  • Duvet Cover: 120cm x 80cm
  • Cot Bumper Cover: 198cm x 23cm
  • Cot Pillow Case: 35cm x 25cm

Changing Pad Covers are standard size. 45cm x 67cm

Fitted Sheet are made to fit large standard cot mattress: 132cm(L) x 68cm(W) x 8cm(H)

Inners can be bought at most baby stores such as Babies r Us and Baby City. Our duvet covers all come with an inner.

Yes, we can add names on our duvet covers. Price will be quoted seperately and please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. No refunds on custom made items unless it is damanged. The designs need to be sent to our outsourced printers and thus there may be delays beyond our control. We however will endeavour to keep you informed as far as possible.

While every effort is made to represent colour accurately, every monitor is different and we cannot guarantee the colours you see exactly match the colours of actual product and fabric.
Yes, most our products are handmade especially the wooden products. Please keep in mind that all wooden products, as well as Macrame products are organic by nature, each piece is unique and may not be exactly the same as another.

Did you know... We can customize linen to your theme and colour needs. Our macrame shelves are available in gorgeous different colours too, but if you have something in mind, pop us a WhatsApp and we will be happy to assist.
